A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

It's very well done, quite believable at first as most of the science is correct.On the other hand, if you really believe that this will work then I suggest you seek medical help immediately. You are suffeing from an almost fatal case of gulibility.
Years ago I saw a segment on television about a water powered car -- from that I can say it's possible. Perhaps the reason these cars aren't mass produced by large corporate companies could possible be blamed on the gas industry. If gas is no longer in demand, could you imagine how much the gas industry would suffer.We won't be seeing water powered vehicles until gas resources are depleted. That's my assumption, but I could be wrong.
Water power is a viable alternative to gas/petrol, however the governments of the world still make a lot of money on taxation of fuel. They'd be hard pressed to tax water! (I'm sure they'll try though).
Well I am downloading this now. The process of being able to use water as fuel is fairly easy. You are not using water as the fule. You are using hydrogen. As everyone knows water is H201 hydrogen atom2 Oxygen AtomsThe process of extracting the hydrogen from the water is electrolisys. (Don't know if I spelled that right). I did it only once before. You take the water and you put acid in it. You put in two rods with test tubes on top. You send an electrical charge through the water and it splits the hydrogen and oxygen into test tubes. The hydrogen is very flamable. You hold a lighter to it and it explodes. That is what makes it possible to use water in your car. My torrent isn't really downloading. But anyway it is very possible. I am in grade 8 and I know this. I have extracted hydroge and burned it. It is possible for a fuel source. And up here in Winnipeg we are getting a few hydrogen buses soon. I just though I would let you guys know.
hey guyz I have not downloaded this but just mite do it; but making a car run by water is already been long invented its the efficiency that is the question.Dont forget that hydrogen present in H2O Hydrogen is also the fuel in the sun or other stars for that matter ; but ofcourse its wont be possible to cause fusion or should I say "controlled Fusion".Even simple combustion of hydrogen can be dangerous unless you want an explosion again its controlling the reaction thats the prob. plus even in this case the oxygen required for the combustion is present in H2O.Also the equipment for "breaking" H2O into hydrogen and oxygen can be expensive and in efficient in sense of energy utility. But I am sure in next few years some geniuses will come up with an efficient structure.We wouldnt have to wait for harnessing "Zero-point energy" for us to use water to run our vehicles nor is it as hypothetical and shocking concept as "0 point" ; so just give the guy a slack maybe has something up his sleeve :))Cheers

Of course its possible, I dont know if this rar is, cause i haven't downloaded it yet.But think of what science has achieved, of course they have done this, and like everything thing else (cure for cancer) its most probarly hidden from the public because corporations etc don't have any finacial gain.Open your minds, its only by people lower down that can harness this and not get crippled by higher up power that its spread.Now me, I have no brain :P But i don't doubt the power of minds out there, car on water? I'm using a different type of electrolysis where there are two metal plates and current is run through them in water.currently i'm going through the thomas edison process of using any type of conductive material i can get my hands on. i'm thinking that there has to be some other material out there that will make the process more efficient.also my design uses a simple pump to circulate the water back through the system, because with a consant supply of fresh water running over the plates the efficiency improves by about 7-8%. the end result is a little better fuel economy.I am also looking at mixing the hydrogen in with a very small amount of gasoline, ethyl alchohol, or both. wheat or rice ethyhol fueling stations exist near sanfrancisco and seattle. so i'm running simple tests to determine which mixture provides the bigger bang for your buck so to say.Hopefully i will be able to create a simple bolt in system that will go near your airbox in your car and the trunk, and mix succesfully with the gasoline already there. very similar to a bolt on nitrous system.a few modifications to the computer will be needed as well to greatly reduce the amount of fuel misted in from the injectors. so we came up with the idea of plug n play chips for the cars computer. just plug them up to the diagnostics port and it tells the cars computer all the info it needs.but then again, the gas/hydrogen still may not be the most effienct way to do this. so more testing is needed.So i know this board isn't exactly the best place to find financial angels, but if anyone is interested in helping out either financially or just hard work and r & d then email me at willpower102@gmail.com .imagine, you get up in the morning, fill your car up with the hose, and every 5k miles or so, a little light comes on to tell you to change the electolysis plates. So you go get your oil changed and have them throw in new plates for the reaction for about 10 bucks extra.I also have a good marketing man on my side. so we can get this off the ground pretty easily. keep in mind. i'm still working on a 250cc motorcycle engine. once i perfect it then i will move to a piston engine.OH, one more thing. we need to get ahold of an old rx-7 or any vehicle with the wankle rotary engine in it. I think this would be a much better choice for vehciles because of the same direction that the engine is spinning all the time.Ok, i will shut up now.
