A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This special, shown in Japan at the Jump Festa 2005 Anime Tour, is set after the events of season three. Baishin, a Soul Reaper sealed by Soul Society four hundred years before the start of the series, escapes his confinement. He battles Ichigo and drains half of his spiritual energy. To aid Ichigo, Rukia, Renji Abarai, and several other Soul Reaper captains travel to the real world. After using his bankai, Baishin is able to fend off the various Soul Reapers, and is defeated by Ichigo after he uses his bankai. Afterwards, Ichigo reveals that Baishin had fused with his zanpakutÅ and was seeking a way to free himself from his sword. The closing theme for the episode is "Ditty For Daddy" by Shiro Sagisu
As far as I understand (AFAIU ?)- Jump is the name of the original magazine publishing the manga. Festa is a short for Festival. so, this is sort of a Special episode, probably out for a special occassion. search wikipedia or something, if you want to REALLY know.and it IS the sealed sword frenzy.
