Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This is the second of the two main discs of the amazing Marillion Weekend 4-DVD Box Set (check link above). In 2002, 2003 and 2005 Marillion organized conventions för their fans. The 4-DVD Box Set is a compilations of the Best of 2002 and 2003. This DVD includes the "Bootleg Bingo" show performed in the 2002, which had no planned setlist. Very unusual (but excellent!). The only bad thing is that the original recording is not of the highest quality and there is no 5.1 sound.
Video has been reencoded with DVDShrink to fit a 4.7g disc. Audio is untouched. Unfortunately the small easter egg had to be removed because everything could not fit.

No there is no 5.1 sound on this... I dont think this was originally meant to be released on DVD. However they did release some of this by webcast, i dont remember when...
