Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon - DVDA MLP DVD-V DTS - Ultimate digitally remastered version of Alan Parsons quad mix
A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon - DVDA MLP + DVDV DTS - Studio quality - Alan Parsons quadrophonic mix.
Original NFO file:
=====================================================
Dark Side Of The Moon
From the original 1/2" Master Tapes
This is the real deal. not the usual Q8 or SQ versions with all their limitations
(limited bandwidth on the Q8, Matrixed surround on the SQ etc) but a genuine transfer from the original master tapes.
Finally you can hear Alan Parsons mix as it was always intended to be heard in studio quality audio.
The only "liberty" we have taken here is an additional .1 track. You can make up your own mind as to
whether or not it is a worthwhile addition.
It also features all new artwork in both sections specially created for this DVD-Audio release
The disc will play on all DVD players, as it is a DVD-Audio/Video "hybrid" containing the following:
Audio_TS
MLP Lossless at 24/96 Resolution in 4.1
Video_TS
DTS from 24/48 Source files
Dolby Digital from 24/48 Source files
Additionally, it is possible to play both the lossy streams from DVD-Audio players.
Each type has it's own menus. What you can access is dependant entirely on your player.
All Authoring, Encoding, Post Production and design is exclusive to this release.
FEEL FREE TO DISTRIBUTE THIS DISC TO OTHERS, BUT ALWAYS "AS IS" AND IN FULL.
PLEASE DO NOT RIP AND REPOST IN ANY OTHER FORMAT. THERE IS NO NEED AS ALL DVD PLAYERS CAN READ THIS DISC,
AND DOING SO WILL DEPRIVE OTHERS OF THE FULL HIGH RESOLUTION FORMATS USED.
ADDITIONALLY, RIPPING TO DTS-CD WILL INVOLVE QUALITY LOSS DUE TO DOWNSAMPLING, AND WILL
REDUCE THE LISTENING PLEASURE FOR OTHERS.

This is a reseed of the original torrent that was seeded on 22-2-2006 via the http://bigfoot1942.weedns.com:6969/announce tracker. This tracker has stopped and i'm re-seeding it with the same hash via this tracker.
If you still have partial download from the old tracker you should be able to finish it with this new torrent. Just add this tracker to the torrent as extra tracker.

quote:is it only audio ore concert ore video clips???can't find any information on the web...This is only audio, with some still pictures during the album.More information on this quadrophonic mix can be found on:http://www.stereosociety.com/body_foursides.html(ps: please remove your second message)
quote:I don't have DVD writer :( is it possible to view the .iso directly on PC?Yes, it's possible. Using Deamon tools you can mount the ISO image and play the DVD using PowerDVD or WinDVD.To be able to play the DVDA part or the DVD-V DTS part you will need special version of this software.Furthermore you will need a multichannel soundcard
I keep getting Errors in tracker status (connection error:timeout or scrape error), which means i can't see new seeds to download from anymore - have already uploaded 3 times more than downloaded + my downloaded speed is extreemly low.in details it shows tracker URL: http://bigfoot1942.weedns.com:6969/announce.question: r there any other trackers I could add and how can I fix that tracker issue
hi awesome up! but...., i think i just should post this info...
WARNING: Make sure you edit your ipfilter.dat file to ban the IP range 38.100.xxx.xxx otherwise they will take chunks of the torrent, corrupt it the re-introduce it into the data stream.
this warning comes from other downloads (if you don't do this you'll get loads of 'failed hash check' notices)
this has been going on for a while but i have only noticed it happening on pink floyd torrents as i don't normally download stuff from BIG COMMERCIAL BANDS/GROUPS/SOLO etc. I get loads of blocks from this ip range when on floyd torrents) when unblocked the hash check notices start piling up... (only noticed a few hash checks at the beginning on this one so far)
Most importantly thanks for putting this up, this is special stuff, ;=)
Thanks ciscokid!
But .... when I unpack, winrar says that there is two files in audio.ts that have the same name.
One in 2 Gb and the other in 2 Kb.
Can I change the name in one of the file and still make it work, or what?
Burn instructions:
Do not unpack the ISO file into it's folders and files! Burn it as it is.
This ISO image contains a DVDA part and a DVD-V part.
Not all DVD burn programs can properly handle this ISO image because of the DVDA part.
I used the ISO burn functionality within DVD Decryptor with good results.
