Plot

St Trinians, an anarchical school for young ladies, brings together a motley crew of ungovernable girls who, using their wit and ingenuity, save the school from bankruptcy by stealing the painting Girl With A Pearl Earring.

* Rupert Everett as Miss Camilla Fritton and Carnaby Fritton : Miss Fritton is the headmistress of St. Trinians school. She went to university with Geoffrey Thwaites, has a dog called Mr. Darcy, and is an amateur artist. She and her brother Carnaby are both played by Rupert Everett, the former in drag.
* Colin Firth as Geoffrey Thwaites : Education Minister who wants to shut down St. Trinians. Has a daughter named Verity who attends the real Cheltenham Ladies College, more successful rival to St. Trinians. Once went to university, and had a romantic relationship with Miss Fritton.
* Russell Brand as Flash Harry : Harry has a crush on current St. Trinians Head Girl Kelly.
* Mischa Barton as J.J. French : Former St. Trinians Head Girl who returns to coach pupils Chelsea, Peaches and Chloe as their lifestyle guru before they enter School Challenge.
* Lena Headey as Miss Dickinson : St. Trinians new English teacher. Wants to enter the school for the TV quiz show School Challenge which coincidentally is being filmed in the building that holds the painting that the schoolgirls plan to borrow, Girl with a Pearl Earring.
* Gemma Arterton as Kelly Kelly is Head Girl of St Trinians.
* Tamsin Egerton as Chelsea. Chelsea is part of the faction of St. Trinians known as the Posh Totty (wannabe footballers wives). She is part of the three-girl St. Trinians School Challenge TV quiz show team.
* Lily Cole as Polly : St. Trinians schoolgirl. She is a member of the Geek clique from the school.
* Jodie Whittaker as Beverly : St. Trinians receptionist
* Antonia Bernath as Chloe : One of the Posh Totty, Chloe is part of the School Challenge team.
* Stephen Fry as Quiz Host : The host of fictional TV quiz show School Challenge, clearly based on the real University Challenge.

* Caterina Murino as Miss Maupassant : Language teacher, who teaches such useful Spanish phrases as Honestly, officer. Ive never seen them, these arent my suitcases. Apparently this will be very useful during the schools trip to Colombia.
* Lucy Punch as Verity Thwaites : Geoffrey Thwaitess daughter. Captain of the Cheltenham Ladies College hockey team.
* Talulah Riley as Annabelle Fritton : Daughter of Carnaby Fritton. Niece of Miss Fritton. Joins St. Trinians very reluctantly at the start of the movie after transferring from Cheltenham Ladies College.
* Toby Jones as Bursar : In charge of the schools finances.
* Juno Temple as Celia : St. Trinians schoolgirl.
* Kathryn Drysdale Taylor : St. Trinians schoolgirl.
* Amara Karan as Peaches One of the Posh Totty, Peaches is part of the team that take part in School Challenge.
* Fenella Woolgar as Miss Cleaver : Gulf War veteran who takes charge of firing practice on the St. Trinians rifle range.
