A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

No one really knows what the 60 billion dollar-wanted-man named Vash really looks like, only what damage he has been fabled to have caused. Due to over 300 insurance claims filed by the inhabitants of the cities Vash the Stampede has supposedly demolished, the FIA has sent two claims inspectors - Meryl Stryfe & Milly Thompson - to find Vash and investigate / fine him for all the damage he has caused. Now Vash must not only deal with merciless bounty hunters, but hounding insurance companies too in a setting very reminiscent of such American westerns as Bonanza or Gunsmoke.
I can't open the files in this torrent. The Codec appears to be wrong, since I could open other mulit-audio .ogms with the same cohec pack/player. I've tried K-Lite Codec Pack 2.50 and the DivX Total Pack 2.2 with Media Player Classic 6.4.8.4. The same is for a similar .ogm Cowboy Bebop torrent. Note that the torrent isn't completed yet, but a couple of files up front appert to be downloaded already... It worked for a couple other torrents tough.
woah... thank you aveensach - ive been playing around with a lot of (disappointing) media players, and VLC media player is the best thing ive used... thanks for the suggestion!and panheader - the title sais dual audio, and that usually means it comes in both languages - which is why aveensach suggested the vlc media player - because you can use it in that media player. dont know if this particular torrent will work with it though, dont even know if its dual audio for sure - all evidence points to yes though - slightly larger file then all other torrents, and i dont know why somebody would say dual audio when its really not... 99% of the time when something has dual audio it also has subtitles available as well...
GREAT QUALITY! comes with both japanese and english audio, and optional english subtitles.very goodfinished the download a couple days ago. Im amazed that some of the people downloading this are so ungrateful as to not seed. I mean, theres 2 seeds out there, and tons of leeches.anyway - i'll be seeding this one for a while, i'd feel like a dick to leech a 6 gig file and just tell everybody else to piss off. this isnt a simple 3 somethin megabyte mp3 guys, this is some serious space. so if you download this - do whats right and seriously seed, seed like the wind! get yourself at LEAST a 2.0 ratio, im shooting for a 15 over here...

i just finished downloading and i used the vcl player thing but all it did was shut down my computer. so i tried again and i got the same results. help!!
does this have original japane language with english subtitles?because i downloaded dirty pair flash and saiyuki and to my dissapointment it does not have any subtitles, only english and japanese tracksi hate that cheesie english dubbingsorry
