Comments (12): I was having the same problem as scouser747: RoboForm wouldn't ask me to save passwords, as the toolbar was not showing properly (and the application itself was not working). For it to work properly on Firefox, UNCHECK the option to install the browser plugin in the setup. It works without the installation of any add-on • Worked as advertised.. thanks! • Wierd, have you installed the Firefox plugin needed? • Download worked - installed ok, but when I log into any site ie hotmail, roboform does not prompt to save the login details - hence I can't create any passcards - is there a reason for this?
