There's a normal version of the book with great quality and 10 times less size. • It really is a lifelong process, but knowledge builds on knowledge so you'll def. see a difference right away as the stuff they teach you works incl. their routines, but the main goal is to understand how these routines work so you can create your own - originality is key! There is a ridiculous amount of material out there as well as material from new PUA's being introduced into the community all the time.
