NTSC is the format that TV is broadcast in Canada, USA, Mexico and a bunch of other countries. PAL is the format used in across Europe, Asia and Africa. Does anyone know how to check if a video file is NTSC or PAL? • NTFS = ANY SIZED FILES ABLE TO BE READ BY NTFS.
