A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

This documentary is quite simply rubbish. I have only watched the first twenty minutes because that is all one needs to realise how appalling and simply ridiculous its arguments are:1. If the argument is so strong, why do they feel the need to constantly emote - the language used rather than being neutral is always biased - anything the official story puts out is described as what they want you to believe, what they say2. They say that the building was demolished rather than exploded and yet they also show footage of the building being pushed outwards, which they claim does not happen in a demolition - come on, make your minds up, which is it?3. They refer to 'the core' and ask what happened to it, where is it? as though somehow it is different from the rest of the steel - if they accept (and they do) that some of the steel deformed and buckled, why do they refuse to accept that the core did? Because it would negate their argument.4. They say that the buildings were designed to withstand hurricane speed winds and therefore why would a plane crash cause such catastrophic damage? Obviously they have failed to grasp the difference between a wall around which wind has built up to 100+ mph and a car slamming into the wall at that speed. Wind has no substance to it - it is air at speed, a plane is a very heavy and substantial object impacting into something that a second earlier had no force against it. This is playground science, I hope they didn't actually pay anyone for scientific advice so badly have they been advised!Let's be clear - two massive (larger than planned for) recently taken off jetliners slammed into the towers at high speeds, with large fuel loads. That initial shock is definitely more than the towers were designed to withstand. The fuel burns and also ignites the combustible material in the towers (being full of offices, that is quite a lot - papers, chairs, tables, decoration, plastic, equipment etc.. Once a few floors have collapsed, the cascade effect is also beyond what the towers' structures were designed to withstand.Frankly, it is very sad that anyone can be as dumb as these documentary makers, but there you go. I only watched the first twenty minutes so imagine how many gaping holes in their argument one could find in the whole film!!
