A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Note: Unlike other torrent indexes we find more trackers for a torrent and put them sorted by seeders into the torrent upon every download. This should improve download speed. Extra trackers marked with '+' sign. If you have problems with this then let us know.
I swear, every movie that is made without production value and juxtaposed clips of a different era are supposed to be called a documentary? If its meant to influence your political thought than its called propoganda you idiots......
I am mildly amused by some comments merely because I don't live in the country. I don't see that a flaw in democracy will benefit democrats OR republicans.
Fucking morons! This is a serious problem whatever side you're voting for unless you're hoping for a totalitarian state that just happens to take your concerns into consideration.
These people commenting before me effectively are saying: "I don't care that we are abbolishing democracy because at the last election it flipped it to the side I liked (at the time)."
Also it occurs to me that it might be a bit supercilious to people living in america to claim to be the home of democracy when greek states had a very similar system sevaral centuries before christ and Iceland had one (Incredibly well documentet from day one by alleged illitarates: "landnàmabòk", or something of that kidney) that still exists today.
It should be added that the system of around 800 included things like the ability to appeal to a higher level of court and the previous mandates of representatives at the parliament beig thouroghly discussed in pre parliament meetings (being held according to the constitution of 800 at every three constituencies bunded together).
thx UL!

"Electronic voting machines count about 87% of the votes cast in America today. But are they reliable? Are they safe from tampering? From a current congressional hearing to persistent media reports that suggest misuse of data and even outright fraud, concerns over the integrity of electronic voting are growing by the day. And if the voting process is not secure, neither is America's democracy. The timely, cautionary documentary HACKING DEMOCRACY exposes gaping holes in the security of America's electronic voting system.
In the 2000 presidential election, an electronic voting machine recorded minus 16,022 votes for Al Gore in Volusia County, Fla. While fraud was never proven, the faulty tally alerted computer scientists, politicians and everyday citizens to the very real possibility of computer hacking during elections. "
Features Bev Harris, founder of Blackboxvoting.com, and her discovery of the complete Diebold voting machine code on a public ftp along with IT professionals hacks of it.
