A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

The Newton family lead a quiet life in the North California town of Santa Rosa. The Newton's eldest daughter, 'young Charlie', decides that things need brightening up and resolves to contact her Uncle Charlie (after whom she is named) and invite him to stay. Is he the only one still seeding this?!?!? If so, I cant recommend anyone else to download this file...
Sure you can open and play this uncompleted movie in vlc player even though its not at 100%, but still... the movie is not complete. You will have to settle for 99.7% of the movie... that might be good enough if you just want to watch it, but still, 99.7% isnt 100% if you know what I mean? :)
