A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Note: Unlike other torrent indexes we find more trackers for a torrent and put them sorted by seeders into the torrent upon every download. This should improve download speed. Extra trackers marked with '+' sign. If you have problems with this then let us know.

whats the difference <a href="/redirect?http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4048662/Beowulf.2007.DC.HDDVD.1080p.DTS.x264-CRL">http://thepiratebay.org/tor/4048662/Beowulf.2007.DC.HDDVD.1080p.DTS.x264-CRL</a>
well manborn, since one version is 74 files(presumablya .rar[compressed file] an the other is 1 file[presumably an iso file u mount in a virtual drive like power iso or dameon tools for example,] i would say their BOTH the same quality or abouts, the smaller will be the same size as the larger once u uncompress it,but since theres more seeders on the more unknown version,it will downlod M :-)UCH faster,i say download that an write back how it looks.i assume the one version is much slower to download because it appears on this sites TOP 100,so more people download(just a guess)but by size alone,i'd say both versions are quality downloads..... :-)
3d would only be possible if they encoded it at double the framerate with two separate frames for both sides of vision. then you'd need a dlp or very fast lcd and some way to sync it to lcd shutter glasses.
so no, its not possible with a regular film encode, it would be possible in the future. but i think they'll keep it for theatrical release only
I'm not getting any video in the movie just audio, although the sample works completely.
I have the ffdshow codec pack(includes x264), and mplayer classic. I have the latest graphic drivers. This is happening for more than this movie so it may not be the torrent. Although I have ran the sfv file and everything checked out ok, all the files were downloaded.
Any suggestions why the main movie may not work while the sample does?
I don't know why people, when upload video, put in title 1080p and movie is not in 1080p resolution?!?!
This movie is 1920x816 resolution and real 1080p resolution is 1920x1080!
People don't do that anymore! Please!
I jut want real 1080p resolution!
@tucoramirezz
Try t learn a little more about hi-definition stuff. Most movies are shot in 2.35:1 aspect ratio, witch is 1920 x 800 generally. Few movies are shot with 1.78:1 ar (1920 x 1080). Batman: the dark knight, is a good example: 90% of the movie is 1920 x 800, but some scenes were shot with imax cameras and are 1920 x 1080. The bluray-rips released with 1920 x 1080 have black bars in most scenes, except in those 10% witch is 1920 x 1080. If you think only 1920 x 1080 is 1080p, than stop downloading movies or try to find rips with the black bars included, maybe you'll feel happier...
Sorry if I was rude, but i'm a little tierd of people who don't research before complaining.
Sorry post 3 but for definition 1080p IS 1920 x 1080, if the smalles part of the scream isn't 1080 you can't call it 1080p... I agree 1920 x 800 is still FullHD but you can't call it 1080p, call it FullHD
FullHD and 1080p is NOT the same, 1080ps are always FHD but Full HD might be 1080p or 1920 x 800...
tucoramirezz is right in his complaining but a little childish to complain about that and Tilanga you here not rude or anything, you just exposed your point of view even if it was parcialy not right if you put things in their strait definition
I had some other doubts similar to this one, that's why I'm spending my time explainig this in detailes...
I'm also sorry if I look rude in anithing, I'm just explaining those names by their definitions
Almost forgot, if there is a black bars completing the 1080 pixels on the side it IS 1080p, even if 1920x280 of it are pure black (the black bars of your player do not count on the video resolution)
