A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

*Plot:
Golden Globe award-winning American television series. Broadcast by Fox Network in the USA and syndicated worldwide, the show first aired on November 6, 2001, with an initial thirteen episodes. In January 2007, 24 was made available online to U.S. viewers through Fox on Demand. It is set in the fictional U.S. government Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU).
24 is presented in real time, with each season depicting a 24-hour period in the life of Jack Bauer, who works with the U.S. government as it fights threats on U.S. soil. Bauer is often in the field for the fictional Los Angeles Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) as they try to safeguard the nation from terrorist threats. Based in Los Angeles, the show also follows the actions of other CTU agents, government officials and terrorists associated with the plot.
After leading actor Kiefer Sutherland won a Golden Globe for his role in the first 10 episodes, the ratings of the show increased, leading FOX to order the second half of the season. There have been six seasons of 24 produced. On May 15, 2007, it was confirmed that FOX has ordered seventh and eighth seasons.[1] A motion picture based on the show has been written and was scheduled to be filmed in 2007 for a 2008 release but plans for production were put on hold to focus on the TV series.[2]
--> The Episodes (13 to 16)
Gredenko is captured by CTU and he agrees to cooperate in exchange for amnesty. But his cooperation is fake when he tells Fayed that it is a trap. Fayed cuts off Gredenko\'s arm to escape, but Gredenko reveals Fayed\'s identity in a bar, where a mob successfully holds Fayed. Fayed is captured while Gredenko bleeds to death after escaping under a pier. Meanwhile, Palmer successfully fends off a challenge from Daniels, but reverses his position and orders the attack against Fayed\'s country. President Palmer\'s nuclear strike is revealed to be a ruse to pressure Fayed\'s country into revealing Fayed\'s associates. This information is then used in another ruse staged by CTU in attempt to lure Fayed to reveal the location of the bombs. The ruse is unsuccessful, but Jack is able to follow Fayed. After a struggle with Fayed, Jack single-handedly kills Fayed and his men and finds the two remaining bombs. The crisis seems to be over. But then Jack receives a phone call from Audrey Raines who had been presumed dead in China, and is held by Cheng Zhi, the same agent who kidnapped and tortured Jack for the past two years. Zhi then gives Jack a number to call, threatening to kill Audrey if Jack doesn├?∩┐╜t cooperate.
