A downloads is the number of how many times the torrent has been downloaded according to its tracker record
A seeder is a peer that has a complete copy of the torrent and still offers it for upload. The more seeders there are, the better the chances are for completion of the file
A leech is usually a peer who has a negative effect on the swarm by having a very poor share ratio - in other words, downloading much more than they upload. Most leeches are users on asymmetric internet connections who do not leave their BitTorrent client open to seed the file after their download has completed. However, some leeches intentionally avoid uploading by using modified clients or excessively limiting their upload speed. The term leech, however, can be used simply to describe a peer - or any client that does not have 100% of the data
A peer is one instance of a BitTorrent client running on a computer on the Internet that other clients connect to and transfer data. Usually a peer does not have the complete file, but only parts of it, however, peer can be used to refer to any participant in the swarm (in this case, also known as a client). Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Episode 17: To Kill A Predator
When Sean Radley is deliberately killed in a hit and run the team tracks down the murder weapon to being a rental car that was rented to his wife, Deborah Radley. She recently filed for divorce after she discovered that her husband was cheating on her with women he met online by the name of Tiffany. She also claims the rental car was stolen out of her driveway that morning. Calleigh questions her 16 year old daughter Hannah after they track down the abandoned rental car and find a jewel that a 16 year old would wear on her fingernail. Meanwhile, another murder takes place in a café where apparently the victim was shot by someone across the street. Natalia recognizes the victim as being a pedophile who was recently exposed on a local news show. While viewing the tape they discover that our first victim, Sean Radley, was also exposed as being a pedophile. Tiffany turns out to be Lou Durning, the computer geek at the news station using that name to lure the pedophiles for the show. The team, on a hunt for a vigilante tracks down Kevin Weaver, some guy that?s been pirating the chat sites fighting over the girls. Turns out, Weaver wasn?t a pedophile but rather a dad who wanted to protect the girls because he lost his daughter after a pedophile abducted and murdered her. In the end it?s revealed that Hannah ran over her father after she found out from the kids in school what her father really was and mom, in order to make it look like a vigilante was on the lose, killed Tony Massaro in the café. When they take Hannah in she tells Horatio that she was in the chat rooms trying to protect the girls from people like her father and there is this one specific girl that was about to meet up with a pedophile. She begs for Horatio to stop it from happening. Horatio tracks the location only to have Lou show up to meet the young girl alone at home.
