A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Well i dont know much about laws, but just because it says "11" doesnt mean it is...I naturally click everything that is asian/japanese/chinese Its a habbit i dont normally read what they are i just hope for the best...And yes unfortunantly i have run into child "porn" but probably unlike them i discard it as soon as possible. And as for people marrying in other parts of the world at younger ages "which only goes as young as 14" i find it completly wrong because the majority of them are not smart enough or mentally prepared also most of them dont choose there husbands anyways and im against that too.
