Note that the colloquial definition of peer is anybody, leech or seed, involved in a torrent
A health (or avaiability) the number of full copies of the file available to the client. Each seeder adds 1.0 to this number, as they have one complete copy of the file. A connected peer with a fraction of the file available adds that fraction to the availability, if no other peer has this part of the file. (ie. a peer with 65.3% of the file downloaded increases the availability by 0.653, when two peers who both have the same 50% of the file downloaded and there is one seeder the availability is 1.5)

Part of Bravo's new "Brilliant but Cancelled" series, "The Jake Effect" stars Jason Bateman (RIP Arrested Development), Greg Grunberg (Alias) and Nikki Cox (Unhappily Ever After, Las Vegas). Seven episodes were supposedly made but Bravo has only aired six so far and the last one hasn't shown up on the schedule yet. They might be saving it for the streaming service on the BbC website. I'll look out for it in case it's braodcast on their channel at some later time. I've included all six episodes in this torrent to make it easier to share...enjoy :)
ps: if you still haven't seen Arrested Development, go buy the DVDs already!
